Costa Rica Holiday Rentals
Professionalism and hospitality as their flag
In spite of all predictions, in the year 2008, Christian Salazar founded a company specialized in vacation home rentals and tourist services, such as transportation and tour operator.
The high competitiveness and the multiple companies already working in the field weren’t enough to crush his dream of starting his own business and growing in the professional field. What began as a small vacation home rental management company consolidated and increased the services offered with the arrival of Daniel Salazar, Christian’s brother, He joined Costa Rica Holiday Rentals in the year of 2009 and contributed with his extensive experience in customer service.
The success of Costa Rica Holiday Rentals can be attributed to three main factors: work, ethics, constant personnel training and the mission of treating their customers as a real friends, in order to make the difference when providing a service. “Our main challenge has been the learning process in this industry, where you have to evolve constantly in order to remain competitive. We cannot allow the company to grow, and not grow it. We’re aware of the importance of ongoing training, which is why we like to participate in seminars, conferences, Tourism fairs and any event that allows us to get inspired, find new ideas and innovate in other to make the difference in what we do “said Christian Salazar, founder of Costa Rica Holiday Rentals.
In order to balance their professional lives, these young brothers enjoy sporting activities, such as mountain bike. While Daniel practices martial arts, Christian likes to help the community, something he does as a member of the Garabito Rotary Club among other activities.
The goals of Christian and Daniel Salazar are to expand their operations, improve their services, make a positive contribution to the community, generate employment and start a franchise model for their company, as well as diversify their services with innovative offers.
